Brian Hicks, author of the new book, “Toward the Setting Sun,” about Major Ridge, John Ross, Andrew Jackson, and the Trail of Tears, will talk about his work.  7:30 p.m. at the Museum.  Admission $5 adults, $3 seniors 62 and older, $2 children and students, free for Chieftains members.

Books will be available for purchase and author signing. There will be a reception at the Grizzard Center for Chieftains members only to meet the author prior to the lecture from 5:30 to 7:00.
