It’s time to dust off your gardening gloves—the 2017 Herb & Plant Sale is almost here! This year’s sale will take place on April 8th and 9th in the Village building at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds, with sale hours from 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday and 12:00pm-3:00pm on Sunday.
Experts from the Georgia Master Gardener Extension Volunteers of Floyd County will be on site to answer all your plant related questions.

Chieftains Museum/Major Ridge Home is a National Historic Landmark and one of only a few private entities to be certified by the National Park Service as a site on the Trail of Tears. Major Ridge, whose old home Chieftains now occupies, was one of the signers of the Treaty of New Echota, which resulted in the forced relocation of the Cherokee people.
