The Grizzard Center for Cherokee Studies, the brick house closest to Chieftains Museum/Major Ridge Home, is available for rental for receptions, corporate retreats, civic organization meetings, etc. The cost is $100 for a full eight-hour period and $75 for a half day.  A $50 cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded as appropriate.

The center has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Two restrooms are available.  No open fire, such as candles or barbecues may be used on the property.  The campus is smoke-free.
